For Chris Reed of Keller Williams Classic Properties, a talent for real estate came naturally. Reed worked in the credit reporting industry during and after high school, went on to a supervisory role in the banking industry, and a sales and consulting position with a large regional home builder and developer. It was the perfect foundation for launching a successful real estate business.
He says authentic, caring customer service is the key to success in this business. “When I first meet people, I tell them my goal is to make sure they are so absolutely thrilled with my service they refer me to family and friends,” he says. Reed also believes in aggressive marketing. He uses every available outlet to tell people about his services, including local radio. “I learned a long time ago it takes money to make money,” he says. “I am constantly looking for new ways to promote the best fiduciary interest of our clientele."
